How to Add Category Image in Magento?
Each and every category for your Magento E-Commerce store must have specific image to let the viewers know more about the category itself. More-ever this will also help you to distinct between multiple categories when required. You can add image to Category in Magento with these following steps easily.
- From your Magento admin panel go to Magento Admin Panel ->Catalog ->Manage Categories . via navigation panel.
- Then select category name that you want to add category images from the list of all that are available on the site.
- Then from the General Information tab click on Choose File and simultaneously window popup will allow you to add the specific image accordingly. Select the category image that you want to choose for and then click Save Category button to save it. The desired image will be displayed as thumbnail next to the field attribute for your category.
